The Power of Meditation

Hey There!

Do you meditate? Have you ever wondered what meditation is and why people meditate?

As someone who has practiced advanced Buddhist techniques for years, I have plenty of experience with meditation!

Simply put, meditation is a technique to focus our mind to stay in the present and to make our mind peaceful and calm.

When our mind becomes peaceful and calm, our mood improves and we handle stressful situations better!

As part of your morning routine, consider starting your day with a simple breathing meditation for 3-4 minutes.

Here’s How You Do It:

  1. Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight, your eyes partially closed, and your hands gently resting on your lap.

  1. Relax your mind and stop thinking about everything. Any thoughts that arise, just watch them pass by. Don’t follow them.

  1. Inhale and exhale gently through your nostrils, not your mouth, and become aware of the sensation of your breath.

As you do this, your mind will become calm.  Stay with this state of calmness for as long as you can.

It may be tough to remain in that state for a long time, but don’t worry…  The more you do it, the better you’ll get!

Why You Should Meditate

When you learn to train your mind to become calm and peaceful, you’ll find you experience less stress and anxiety in your life.

Your relationships with your family and friends will improve.

You’ll tame the negative thoughts inside your head and get better at tapping into your creativity.

As a successful online entrepreneur, you’ll enjoy the time freedom to start your day with meditation and enjoy the benefits it brings.

Doesn’t that sound better than working a 9 to 5 job and starting your day fighting traffic?
